Love coming in for routine service at a dealership that is this "on the ball". My vehicle included maintenance is up and now we are on the extended service plan that I purchased. Having dealt with the deceitful “W” family owned Toyota and Ram dealerships around the Twin Cities, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful your service department was in handling my requests. We still need to solve the back order strut and coil spring issue but from now on you folks are my go too for Toyota thank you Chad, Mike and everyone one else in service and parts for a positive experience. Two issues. Was not told that additional work was needed until arrival for the oil change. The maintenance needed light was not rest. When I called the service center I was told to come back in the next day or two and they would reset it, a 30 mile round trip and an hour and a half. The service person should have stayed on the phone and told me how to do the 3 minute simple fix. I did it myself after viewing a UTube video. More
I was able to get in next day, which was great! I loved that I got a video showing me the problem and what was done to fix it. The repair/service was done quickly, in one day out the next. I also liked that I was able to make a payment online. The communication was good and timely. However, I found the service manager to be a bit gruff. The problem was potentially being cause by an aftermarket system we had installed weeks after purchasing it 5 years ago. When mentioning the cost of the system and wanting to keep it intact. The service manager seemed to not care what happen to the system or that we spent a lot of money on it. Thankfully, it was 1 wire causing my vehicle to not start. They were able to repair the wire without removing or damaging the system. So, 5 stars for Burnsville Toyota, 4 for the service manager. More
