From the moment I walked into Burnsville Toyota, I was greeted right away and asked if I was working with anyone. I was looking for Janeah Hanson and they let me know she was with a customer, but would pa greeted right away and asked if I was working with anyone. I was looking for Janeah Hanson and they let me know she was with a customer, but would page her while I sat in the lobby. Janeah greeted me with a big smile and was such a pleasure to work with. She was with another customer, but while she was helping them, she also helped me look at some vehicles. She answered any and all of my questions about the highlanders and Rav4, she really is an expert in her line of work. At the end of the day I purchased my first brand new car of the showroom floor. A 2023 Rav4. She even put a big bow on it for me for a picture once it was all ready to go. She really did go above and beyond and I will be sending all my friends and family to Janeah Hanson. Thank you! :) More
My car was towed into Toyota after it went into limp mode. I had called a few times to see if there was something perhaps that I could have done wrong and if it would go away. Once my vehicle was at B'ville Toyota I was sent a video with a diagnostics within hours and a phone call shortly thereafter with a plan to repair and the costs. They were professional, quick and extremely communicative. I loved the videos as it built trust and informed me of the situation easily giving me the ability to share with my husband. When the vehicle was done I was out of town and picked it up a day later. They were fantastic and truly would not have my vehicle fixed anywhere else. The service assistance has made my feeling of B'ville Toyota better as my sales experience was not that great. Thank you so much service. More
