Service Writer never checked back in with any results once service was complete. Sending a video is inadequate and not appreciated. Particularly when my main complaint was with a tire losing air every once service was complete. Sending a video is inadequate and not appreciated. Particularly when my main complaint was with a tire losing air every couple days. I specifically asked them to check the bead to see if that was the cause, or if valve stem was leaking. Video claimed there was no issue. Been there before with Burnsville Toyota service. Now I’ll need to go to another service provider to fix the actual problem-which does exist and had for months. Will be moving my business to another Toyota dealer. I no longer trust their work. More
