Our salesman was Bob McCoy he order the wrong color vehicle. We requested the blue print color and he ordered the ruby red pearl. He also told us that the colors were the same price ($425). There was also very little communication from Bob during the whole sales process up until the week our car arrived and he informed us the color was wrong. We are not very happy with the Bob McCoy and will consider our next purchase from another dealer. Janeah Hanson assisted us with our trade in appraisal and was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. More

The Service Writer did not come up to the waiting area and get me or tell me that I had a mouse nest in both the air filters I asked him to check with the Oil Change. He also did not tell me that the mechanic would send a short video showing me what I needed while I was waiting. The Service Writer did not tell me about air filters until the car was finished and it was outside in the parking lot. I did not find out about the mouse nests until I got home and saw the mechanics video on them. If I 2as aware of the mouse nests in both of the filters I would have had them replaced when the car was getting the iol change done. I am totally not happy with the way my service appointment and work was done at this dealership. I bought the car new from this dealer and have had all my service done here but this will be the last time. Larry Churchill More

I spent over $1,000 on new tires and wanted to take advantage of the financing option. I thought I was prepared because I had frozen my credit and called to unfreeze to get the financing for my tire p advantage of the financing option. I thought I was prepared because I had frozen my credit and called to unfreeze to get the financing for my tire purchase. For some reason, I was denied which created much stress for me. I wasn't prepared to spend this money without some financing options. My credit score is 825 and I should have been approved. I know that this is not a direct reflection on Toyota service but was very stressful and my car was in the shop for an oil change just 3-4 days before this and they replaced the air filter and cabin filter on this day, but the techs said my cabin filter needed replacing again. This was frustrating also because at this point I am questioning the credibility of the service techs. I do like the video that is sent. My husband is very critical and thinks car places take advantage of women and people like me because I am so gullible. I hope that is not the case. I am cancelling my next appointment and going to someone local that is cheaper. More

It took too long! I did not need extras. Just had my vehicle serviced at this same dealership a few days before. All I wanted was my new new key fob programmed and th I did not need extras.
