When trying to schedule an appointment for routine maintenance check and transmission fluid exchange, the person I spoke to informed me it would be a longer appointment and could not be done at a time maintenance check and transmission fluid exchange, the person I spoke to informed me it would be a longer appointment and could not be done at a time of @ 4:00 on a weekday. Since I work Monday-Friday, my only option was to accept a Saturday appointment. When I arrived at the scheduled time yesterday, I was told the transmission fluid exchange could be done, but I would need to wait 3-1/2 hours. It was explained that they were short-staffed. Since I did not expect that length of time, I agreed to “just” have my oil changed and tires rotated, although it was early for what typically is recommended. And I had to reschedule another time next Saturday for the transmission fluid exchange. I would have preferred being notified ahead of time that my requested appointment could not be completed in a timely manner, and I could reschedule everything, rather than come in twice. I live 40 minutes away, so it is somewhat inconvenient. The agent I spoke to was polite , and I realize this was out of his control. More
