At my last routine servicing I made the mistake of asking them to look at my door lock which wasn’t performing correctly. Watching him look at the door and the girl coming back with a sheet of paper saying them to look at my door lock which wasn’t performing correctly. Watching him look at the door and the girl coming back with a sheet of paper saying a part can be replaced for $400 and that just costed me ‘$200 left a bad taste in my mouth for sure. A guest on replacing the actuator. $200 and he didn’t look deeper into problem. Disappointed to say the very least. Seeking other services elsewhere in the future may be the answer here. Walked out $300 spent with prospect of another $400 to spend. Would have spent $400 on repair and saved $200 on cursory diagnostic. Does not make sense. More

Coming from Virginia my vehicle started having issues I was able to get it towed to Butler dealership where the service advisor Deborah waited on me and she was very awesome I was on my way to Florida for was able to get it towed to Butler dealership where the service advisor Deborah waited on me and she was very awesome I was on my way to Florida for a Jeep event luckily I had a friend that was following with me so I was able to leave my vehicle at the dealership. This was on a Tuesday and I was due to go back home that Monday. They called me that Thursday and said they had fixed the vehicle so that Friday my friend took me back to the dealership. I made it from Beaufort South Carolina back to Florida but as I left coming back from Florida headed back to Virginia that Monday as we got close to South Carolina my indicator for shift service came on again so I went straight to the dealership where they attempted to get everything back in order but they think it has something to do with the aftermarket radio that had been in there for a few years but overall I was very happy with the service of the technician that helped me and also again miss Deborah my vehicle is still there to this day I'm waiting on the transport Service Company to pick it up and get it back to Virginia where I can take it in see if we can resolve the issue. More
