I have had my Oil changed on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee for the last 2 years. Very easy to schedule an appointment either on line or by phone. Friendly knowledgeable employees. Our Dodge Ram with less than 5k miles broke down. It was towed to nearest dealership which was Butler. Butler said it would be 6 weeks before they had parts or a replaced transmission. It has now It was towed to nearest dealership which was Butler. Butler said it would be 6 weeks before they had parts or a replaced transmission. It has now been just over 6 weeks, and they have the parts, but here is where they loose 4 stars - We were told that they cannot fix our truck because another car is on the lift and we have to wait for that lift to be available, and they don't know when those parts are coming in... (days, weeks, months, years???) so i guess the car does not have tires and can't be rolled off the lift, so here we are waiting, waiting.. for another car to get fixed before ours. More
