Great sales department, the worst service department. Great experience the entire time from start with the used sales department, if I could I'd give them 5 stars. The vehicle I decided on had some pretty bad movement in the steering wheel when I got up to 40mph+ during the test drive, so I said get that fixed and I'll buy it, so they put it on the "we owe" paper work. Now I'm sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours later on a Monday because they closed early on Saturday when it should have been done. Doubt I'll recommend this place to anyone now. Edit: Just left the services department, after watching the mechanic that was working on my car floor it out of the lot in my car that I just bought two days ago. Jerry Morgan is his name, in case anyone wants to make sure not to get him. It's unprofessional and ridiculous, you put faith in an establishment to provide a service for you and they completely fail. Not to mention I have to come back on Friday because they couldn't even fix my issue. Starting to wish I never even came here to buy a car. There should be a check in process when a dealer buys a used car at auction, this should never have even been an issue. More
