I called the Butler service department on Tuesday morning, March 18,2014 and Larry Cummings set me up with an appointment for 11:45 AM for the same day. Before I entered the door, I was greeted and directed to Wendy Hollis (she had helped me with a prior purchase). Both ladies are very knowledgeable of the vehicles themselves and all the details that go along with a sale and trade-in (which had also been purchased from your dealership). They even provided some answers to questions I forgot to ask! Their commitment to their job AND me as the customer was appreciated. I also dealt with Kevin - I'm sure I must have tested the patience of all! Quinton helped me get through all of the "signing" process with no problems.
