Service is always done in a timely manner. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend Butler Toyota. I will continue to have all my service performed at Butler Toyota. More

Tires for Frankie I had a flat tire and had to have my car towed to Butler Toyota. Brian Hatfield was amazing! It turned out that I needed 4 tires instead of one. I purchased wiper blades during my previous service. I can only recommend wipers from the dealer. The price is about the same as other places, but the performance of dealer wipers is the best -- no noise, no skipping just smooth as butter. Don't get suckered into buying wiper blades from other places you will regret it just as I did. Thanks, Larry! More

Worth the 9 hour drive!! I have been hunting for a truck for many months. I have searched from Arizona to Florida to Baltimore. I stopped at other dealers but felt very second I have been hunting for a truck for many months. I have searched from Arizona to Florida to Baltimore. I stopped at other dealers but felt very second rate as if that only had a little of their time to offer me. It was not until I stopped to see a truck at Butlet Toyota did I feel like I was a customer worth investing their time in too. I live in Indiana but am willing to travel when I see what I am looking for. Seletha was a great help walking me around the truck via FaceTime so I could ask questions as I went. That was James Dooley's brilliant suggestion. The last big help came from Jason one of the managers. He was right there to work with me without pressure. Needless to say I left with the truck I was seeking and I am very happy. Thank you Butler Toyota for creating a happy customer. PS. I am nearly 60 years old and have never trusted buying a vehicle from a dealer. Butler has now changed my mind! Way to go!! More

Sufficient I was surprised that when I inquired about a loaner car....I was told you do NOT offer one. Is one from another city who is loyal to YOUR dealershi I was surprised that when I inquired about a loaner car....I was told you do NOT offer one. Is one from another city who is loyal to YOUR dealership expected to sit on your premises while a 4-6 hr service is to be performed? Other Reputable Dealers that we have dealt with.....ALWAYS offers a loaner car so that we can continue our daily schedules. I am suggesting you re-look at this policy and offer your clients convenience they expect. Thank you......by the way......Larry Cummings is exceptional....it's because of him that I continue using your Toyota Dealership rather than choosing a more convenient one located in my city More
