As soon as we walked in it was a entirely different experience. John Galligan came out to greet us. Dressed very sharp. Was funny and very approachable and easy to talk to. My wife knows I'm not crazy about car salesmen. But the whole experience of looking for a truck was the best I've experienced. Not kidding. I was going to buy Colorado but ended up with the Silverado. I love it. It is a really nice driving truck. I'm glad I went with it. John Galligan was great. The finance guy was great. Buzz Chew came around and introduced himself which was very nice. Also had a problem with a defective rug in the back of car. Called up told them the problem and made an appointment to see damage. No problem. Brought it back they replaced the entire rug in the back seat of truck. Perfect job. No complaints. Do not remember the service peoples name but they were all professional. I also opted for GM extras on my Silverado and found the experience on par with after market type shops. Being a Veteran and having a son on active duty, currently deployed I signed their Veteran board for both myself and my son. I can honestly say that I will travel to Buzz Chew for my next purchase and for everyone after that! More
