I have a brand new f250 tremor. I called and scheduled a service on my truck due to a squeak/chirp noise coming from either the front right suspension or brake. I waited in the lobb I called and scheduled a service on my truck due to a squeak/chirp noise coming from either the front right suspension or brake. I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half. They came up to me and and said they couldn’t hear it or or find the issue. I told him I could drive him around the block right now and show him what I mean. He said “ok”.. I toon him for a ride in my truck. I rolled the window down and before we left the parking lot the sound occurred. I said “right there!” And he said “yeah I do hear that”… and then he looked puzzled and said “I dunno what that could be. But I’ll get it back in there and take everything apart and see what I can find”… another 30 min goes by and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong or where the sound was coming from. I still have a squeaky chirping sound every time I go over a small bump or hit my brakes. They never resolved the issue. Not exactly great customer service when you have a brand new $80,000 truck with their name on it if you ask me. More

Tiffany was so helpful from step one all the way to dealing with our car insurance! The only thing I didn't like was getting text messages instead of a person talking to me.
