After having an oil/filter change I checked my oil level before leaving the dealership. I found the oil level to be 3/4's of the way down the thatched area. I was told by someone who I was told was the he before leaving the dealership. I found the oil level to be 3/4's of the way down the thatched area. I was told by someone who I was told was the head tech that as long as it was anywhere showing on the thatched area that it was ok. In the past I have been told by other techs that the oil should be at or near the top of the thatched area but not above. I won't be returning to Byers Ford of Delaware Ohio in the future. More

Keaton was fantastic and so was Bill in Finance. I got a great deal and did not feel pressured or annoyed by anyone there. This was also the 7th car dealership I had visited/interviewed.
