Purchased a vehicle a few years back and have had nothing but problems. The vehicle I bought was certified and was owned by Byers Ford. Within the first year, hood rust appeared (not even 30kmiles). Seco but problems. The vehicle I bought was certified and was owned by Byers Ford. Within the first year, hood rust appeared (not even 30kmiles). Secondly the whole dashboard cracked in multiple places. Third, the brakes are atrocious. In fact, on my third set of rotors and pads since owning the car. Worst of all, the rear calipers literally fell apart while driving, causing complete brake failure. No brake pressure, no e-brake function. I’m thankful my wide is alive and was not traveling on the freeway with kids in the car. Lastly the gray leather seats have blue spots on them for some unknown reason. Most of the blue stains appeared after we bought the car. One of the stains was found the day after I bought it. It is so frustrating to be sold a car with so many issues. The warranty they sold me is absolutely garbage and doesn’t address any of this. More
