Took vehicle in for service Monday May 2, 2022 for maintenance services. Had 4 wheel tire rotation and alignment as well. Three days later my front left tire started making a wobbling sound I had to p maintenance services. Had 4 wheel tire rotation and alignment as well. Three days later my front left tire started making a wobbling sound I had to pull over immediately. Touched the lug nuts on the front left tire and all were hand loose. Grabbed my star wrench and tightened them all. The other three wheels were tight, they forgot to tighten the front left wheel before we left. So glad my wife wasn't driving it when the wheel almost fell off for me. It could have been a life ending disaster. I am not happy about this. One thing you dont EVER take a chance with is your wheels/tires. Especially those of your customer. More

Very thoughtful salesmen. They found a specific car with the exact specs I wanted during the chip shortage and let me know right away once it arrived on the lot. They even held on to it for a whole week while I was away on vacation, refusing to sell it to anyone else. I'm willing to drive 2 hours from home to go here for any service I need done since they have treated me like I'm royalty or something. Plus hey, there's free coffee made by a machine that has dozens of options to choose from sooo that's a bonus. Anyway, 11/10 would go again. More
