Easy peasy! No pressure. Friendly sales staff. Our salesman, John Bechtel, was very informative and helpful. He was instrumental in our decision to buy a Mazda and especially to buy it from Byers. The sales manager, Tim Waddell, was also pleasant to deal with. Instead of the typical confrontational negotiation, it was more like a discussion between friends. Also, Jeff Hutchinson in finance, was very friendly and efficient. He had all the paperwork resolved in no time at all. I recommend Byer's Mazda to anyone in the market for a new automobile. More
