I had a very good experience at Byers Mazda! The sales associate Ray Snapp, was very professional and very knowledgeable about the particular car I was looking at. He was also very knowledgeable about cars in general which was a definate plus for me! I knew he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. Not pushy at all! This is just a side note/observation...It was somewhat disturbing that while I was talking to Ray about the car I was interested in, another sales associate, Liam, basically interruped us and wanted his customer to drive the car that I was talking to Ray about purchasing. I didn't think that was very professional on Liam's part. Ray, on the other hand, handled the situation very professionally. More

Ray Snapp was my sales specialist and he obviously knows his product. Ray was able to answer all of my questions and arrange for a test drive. Absolutely no sales pressure that can typically be found when visiting dealerships. Josh Wiswell, the Sales Manager was extremely fair on my trade in vehicle. Sales associate Brianna Rodgers assisted in the delivery of my new vehicle and was very helpful as well. To sum up, I am extremely pleased with my experience at Byers Mazda. More

This is my fourth Mazda and I have brought all four Mazdas to BYERS MAZDA for service. This last Mazda3, I ended up purchasing at the end of the lease because I absolutely loved it so much.
