Hands down the best experance I have had buying a car! Josh Collins was a rock star. This will have been my 8th new car purchase and I usually dread the process. I was not sure what kind of vehicle I wanted so I was truly on a search for the right one. I had already test drove 6 vehicles by the time I made it to Byers Mazda. The three other dealerships I went to the sales people were your typical helicopter salesman, you know the kind that have to go on the test drive and never allow you to leave their sight? This was very different. I walked in and Josh walked right up. I told him I wanted to test drive two different vehicles. Without any questions he went and got the first car, pulled it up and allowed me to sit inside the car and explore while he filled out the appropriate paperwork. He came out to the car, asked me for a signature and then he sent me on the test drive. By the time I got back with the first car he already had the second car waiting for me. I stepped out of the one and was in the other. I literally test drove two cars in 15 minutes. Once I was done, I had a couple of questions and then told him I had one more dealership to look at. He did not pressure me at all. Once I decided I wanted the CX-9 I then began to text with him and work on the price. He was awesome to communicate with. He went out of his way to get my questions answered and accommodate all of my requests. We agreed on a price over text and I came in two days later to sign the paperwork and it was done. I am a HUGH fan of Josh’s and the dealership. It was painless, quite contrary to my prior experiences. Very much recommend Josh and Byers Mazda! More

We recently moved from Brazil and she really needed the car t I came to Byers to check if I would be able to buy a car for my wife a few months ago. We recently moved from Brazil and she really needed the car to be able to go around with the kids. I had visited other dealers with not so good experiences. Either the way they treated me or the interest rates and prices they offered me was way too much. Jeff was able to show me some very nice possibilities and they worked with the banks to get me the financing in place with a interest rate I would never get in Brazil even having a really good credit score in there. From the amount of rejection letters I received, they must have worked hard to get that in place. Not in any moment I felt pressured to close the deal or that awkward feeling that you have in some dealers. More

Great Experience! I came in looking to upgrade my 2012 Mazda 3 for a 2016 as my lease was nearing its end. I was greeted by Joey who walked me through the differences I came in looking to upgrade my 2012 Mazda 3 for a 2016 as my lease was nearing its end. I was greeted by Joey who walked me through the differences and came out on a test drive. I loved the car but what came next really made this such a good experience. I wasn't ready to make a commitment that first day but Joey was so non-pressuring and so helpful with answering my questions that I left the dealership pretty sure what I was going to decide. I texted him later that day and we set up a time to sign the paperwork. Alas, things are not always as easy as they should and it took some time for everything to get put together. The whole time though, Joey was in constant contact with me keeping me updated so I always knew what was going on and never felt out of control. When I finally came in to sign the paperwork, Joey had everything ready to go.
