It was just what we were looking for and he was able to get us the price we wanted. There was only one key, however he reached out to the previous owner and was able to get us the spare, which saved me an extra expense. There were also no floor mats (something I didn't mention) and he found a set from another make that weren't getting used. They fit perfectly. We will definitely return when car shopping in the future. More

10/10 Would Recommend I had no idea buying a car could be so fun! I had never bought a car before so I was a little nervous for the whole experience, but Jeff made me feel I had no idea buying a car could be so fun! I had never bought a car before so I was a little nervous for the whole experience, but Jeff made me feel right at home and very comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure on my test drives and that gave me the opportunity to be out on my own and really see how I felt driving. I knew pretty quickly which car I wanted and Jeff made the whole process a breeze. He's incredibly easy-going and such a pleasure to be around and always very honest. I, nor my husband, ever doubted that we had gone to the right place. Russ was incredible with our financing applications and Sage was so understanding and jovial that I don't think we could have had a better experience. I typically have some sort of buyers remorse after any big purchase, but I have been on cloud 9 since I worked with the Buyers Family. I will absolutely be sending everyone I know here when they're looking for a car. More

Fantastic out of state buying experience! My entire experience, start to finish, with Byers was by far my best automobile purchase. Jeff Rettinger was my sales representative. I called Byers f My entire experience, start to finish, with Byers was by far my best automobile purchase. Jeff Rettinger was my sales representative. I called Byers from a Cars.Com ad for a 2011 Toyota Venza. I left a voice mail on their system as it was after business hours. To my complete surprise Jeff called me back that same evening. He knew the car in question well and was able to answer all my questions. Please keep in mind I live 7.5 hrs. drive time from the Byers dealership. Buying a car sight unseen is very unsettling for me. If anything Jeff was conservative in his extremely accurate description of the vehicle. I flew to Columbus on July 3rd to pick the car up. The Venza exceeded my already high expectations in every way! Jeff was also very diligent in walking me through the Ohio purchase experience as Ohio does things pretty much opposite of Michigan regarding titles, tax etc. Great job Jeff & great job Byers! You have a customer for life. More
