I don't remember her name, and it's not her fault for the bad rating. I'm frustrated because after getting an alignment on my truck I am hearing a creaking and clunk type sound from my front end and it's mor bad rating. I'm frustrated because after getting an alignment on my truck I am hearing a creaking and clunk type sound from my front end and it's more pronounced when I'm backing up. I am now worried it's a ball joint or possibly when getting an alignment from what I was told the control arms need retightened. The mechanic said they retightened something but was blaming it on my lift, but again this did not start until after the alignment. More
