How would you rate I don't recall the names. But the staff was rude, didn't wash the car as promised and the car sat 20 minutes in the parking lot before they told me it was finished. I had the same experience last time I came for service. I've bought 7 Toyota's from Byers and they've serviced all of them. But maybe time for a new dealership. My wife has a 23 4Runner I'll be taking for service this Wednesday. If she has the same bad experience I had we're done with Byers! More

I already did in the survey. Drove an hour each way to get key programmed. Was there for 2 hours. At some point Ghen came out and told me the was done when, in fact, it was not.
