The dealership sent a driver to pick up my vehicle after failing to replace the cabin air filter cover when I brought it in for the 10k service. They were also checking to see if the display was up to date failing to replace the cabin air filter cover when I brought it in for the 10k service. They were also checking to see if the display was up to date since I was having issues with that, as well. My car left the parking lot at my job with a full tank of gas. Michael was the service advisor when I brought my vehicle in originally. He should have caught their error. When he called to tell me the outcome of this appointment, I asked about the issues I was having with the display. He said he had no idea and gave me a number to call. A conscientious and thorough employee would have been able to tell me, or called on my behalf and gotten the answer. This would have not only given me the answers I needed, but would have also made him more informed in his role. The driver returned my car with less than a half tank of gas. It doesn't take that much gas to get to and from my place of employment. Also, if they were taking my vehicle to correct an error on their part, it should have been returned with a full tank of gas. I missed the call from the driver telling me he was back. I called him back right away, told him to put my key above the visor, but he told me he already left it with a guy who was walking into the building who said he would get my key back to him. He didn't get his name, but said he looked honest. Are you kidding me??? I had to spend the rest of my day trying to find out who he had given my key to. More
