Always Top Notch Service I have gotten my RAV4 serviced at Byers since I bought it from them new. They are always thorough and explain what service is needed. The estimate for I have gotten my RAV4 serviced at Byers since I bought it from them new. They are always thorough and explain what service is needed. The estimate for the service was actually higher than the actual cost. A free car wash too. WOW! The staff is first class and treat you like they are glad you are there. The waiting room is spotless with plenty of comfortable seating. To make your wait better, they have complimentary coffee and hot chocolate and free WIFI. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer and always drive away knowing my car is good to go. I will never go anywhere else. Also, if I ever choose to buy another car, this is the place is will come to. More

Fast, professional auto service Tara was my service rep, and she greeted me promptly, confirmed the reasons for my visit and asked if I had any other concerns. Great Service - Service Department I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. But when I arrived, Gynnae let me know that I actually didn't need the oil change ye I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. But when I arrived, Gynnae let me know that I actually didn't need the oil change yet, as the synthetic oil is good for at least a year or 10,000 miles, of which neither had occurred. My tires still needed to be rotated, so she had that done, along with the inspection and honored my coupon with a small discount, as the amount was much less than the full service with the oil change. To top it off she returned a sparkly clean car! Superb service, wonderful attitude. Customer service at its best! Thank you, as that is a rarity these days! On a separate note, Phil also helped me discuss options on my lease while I waited and he was extremely helpful and friendly as well! They will have a customer for life! More

Went to dealer to have door guards installed on NEW 2013 Sienna on 9/21 It was raining very hard when they finished the car and brought it around for me to pickup. When I got home and put the vehicle in Sienna on 9/21 It was raining very hard when they finished the car and brought it around for me to pickup. When I got home and put the vehicle in the garage I noticed it a chip in the door on the drivers side. This is a new vehicle and should have never happened. The technician who did the work had to know he did the damage and hoping I would not notice it. I am not at all HAPPY with the service . More

Parts man thoroughly explained the shortage of the particular parts I needed (brake caliper slide bolt and seal kit) and went above and beyond to obtain the needed parts from across the country. Ms. Farmer worked my car into a tight schedule (because numerous customers were preparing last minute for the holiday weekend), got the service scheduled quickly. Tech 156 performed the work quickly, checked all the other bolts' tightness, and printed me a guide to the proper torque specs for all the bolts. More

With limited knowledge about cars and what goes into fixing them, I naturally sought out Byers Toyota to get my 1999 Toyota Camry fixed. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very warm and friendly. fixing them, I naturally sought out Byers Toyota to get my 1999 Toyota Camry fixed. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very warm and friendly. The employee I spoke to and worked with for the duration of my repair, Tara Farmer, was extremely helpful and took care of every detail of my car's repair to a T. When an additional item that needed repair was incidentally found by the service team, Tara went out of her way to have that fixed as well, while also maintaining the cost of my repair at the original quoted price as much as possible. I felt that I was taken very good care of by Tara and the entire time at Byers Toyota and expect to bring my car into them in the future for any additional repairs. I highly recommend Byers Toyota for your car servicing needs and I especially recommend Tara Farmer for her excellent customer service and for her dedication to ensuring that I was kept informed about the process every step of the way. My car was taken immediately for its 15,000 mile service. Staff was courteous. It took no more than 20 - 30 min. Tara and the service team were excellent! They went above and beyond. I came in for an oil change and also brought a headlight bulb that I was having difficulty changing and asked if they would replac above and beyond. I came in for an oil change and also brought a headlight bulb that I was having difficulty changing and asked if they would replace it for me. Unbeknownst to me, I had the wrong part. They did not have the correct part in stock, so Tara called auto parts stores in the area until she found the part. Then she drove to the parts store to purchase the correct part! What service! I would definitely recommend Byers Toyota to anyone. More
