I was there for almost 3 hours when I believe the service was supposed to last 45 minutes. I'm not even sure if the problem is fixed. They performed the service I asked to have completed, so they get a few stars for that. However, one of the requests was to check a tire for punctures / perforations (it had been losing pressure). The same day my service was complete, I noticed my tire pressure sensor light came on again. I checked my tires (which were less than a year old), and noticed that one of the air caps had never been put back on, so I bought a new one. I also noticed that the PSI in my tires was at 45. My tires are rated for 33 PSI on my door. So I figured all was well, because this was the dealership. However, several nights later, the tire they had repaired blew out in the highway. I had to take it to a local shop, because it was a Saturday. They said the repair that was done on the tire blew out, and they showed me the material. They said the pressure is usually increased by 4-6 for winter, not by 12… and that was a possible cause of the repair failing days after it had been completed. They fixed the pressure and took care of the tire issue, and I’ve had no issues since. More
