Thanks for you input. We have forwarded your concerns on to our management staff. Your safety and that of all customers is a top priority of ours. As you might have noticed we do provide face masks to those who do not have one with them and we ask that they wear it while in the building. We also provide hand sanitation stations and are constantly cleaning the traffic areas of the dealership working to keep a safe environment for all. We will work with our staff to monitor the situation more closely.

How should I handle the same situation if it happens in the future? I don't think it's another customer's responsibility to a challenge the non-mask wearer. Can I asked that my vehicle be removed from service and leave the premises

You are correct it is not your responsibility. Just bring it to our attention and we have instructed our management staff to address the situation. We will also try to do a better job monitoring our waiting areas. We do try to provide several different areas to keep people apart - including our showroom and an outdoor seating area.
