I was at the service shop getting my passenger air bag replaced for the second time. Waiting area had sufficient spacing so that social distancing could be maintained. A few people in the waiting area d replaced for the second time. Waiting area had sufficient spacing so that social distancing could be maintained. I took my van for service and was told about 3 hours. About 4 hours later I get an update on my service (for my ac which I simply requested to be charged because I know something is wrong with it and I j About 4 hours later I get an update on my service (for my ac which I simply requested to be charged because I know something is wrong with it and I just wanted to try to get through summer without a huge bill which I also explained). So at this 4 hour mark NOTHING has been done with my ac and I have about a 4,000 estimate for repair. I text again and explain that I just wanted it charged. The estimate was given and agreed, knowing there was no guarantee for how long it would last. Then I was quoted about another hour and a half (which would make the total time about 5.5 hours)!!! After about a half hour I get a call to tell me it was done and a lower price was given to me for the ac charge and approved by a manager.. Great! I got to the dealership, paid for the oil change and ac charge and left. My ac was still blowing warm after several minutes of being gone from the dealership (I gave it a few minutes thinking it had to “warm up”). I text Tara to tell her what happened. She called me back but I couldn’t answer because I couldn’t hear with windows down. I called when I got home and she apologized and refunded my money. However, in a short statement I took my van for a specific service, they attempted to sell more knowing I know there’s a problem, it took nearly double the tome I was quoted, I paid and then the service wasn’t even done!!!!! So now I have to waste my time for several to take it elsewhere (because there not a chance I’ll ever bring my vehicle back there), which is inconvenient and more importantly takes time away from my children and disrupts plans for the day or my sleep schedule (because I’m a nurse who works nights). I am to put it mildly not happy! And when I do decide to trade and upgrade my vehicle, which I know is coming in a few months, I certainly will NOT come there!! More
