When I called, I was told the 12v battery for my hybrid was $199, so I scheduled an appointment. When they looked at it, Tara said the battery cost $750. My car wouldn’t start without a new battery. I had was $199, so I scheduled an appointment. When they looked at it, Tara said the battery cost $750. My car wouldn’t start without a new battery. I had no option but to accept it. It felt like a bait and switch. It was probably illegal. I would not buy a car from there after having gone there for service. It was for a 2008 so I need to buy a car soon. The advisor should have told me it cost $750 on the phone. More

I have mostly dealt with Gynnae, but what keeps me coming back is trust, trust in a dealership and advisor that is going to recommend only what is NEEDED to keep my vehicle running.
