They replaced my frame due to a recall. They sent my truck back to me with shocks disconnected from the frame and I was not notified of this. Tara said because I didn't have the money to have my muffler truck back to me with shocks disconnected from the frame and I was not notified of this. Tara said because I didn't have the money to have my muffler serviced and passed on that repair that she assumed I wouldn't be able to afford anything else and.chose not to tell me. I bought a new pair of shocks in which the old ones were not broken until they removed them and I took it back for them to install. Tara lied to her manager and said she informed me. When everyone in the garage heard her say that she didn't and should have. She let my friend bring back the rental and pick up my truck like that instead of waiting for me to get off work. I am very dissatisfied with the servce . I just had my breaks changed and they also did not put swaybar bushings back on my truck. I cannot believe they sent my truck out of there like this. Unbelievable. More

LOVED my experience with the shed car sales team! I believe Christian was the salesman and he did great helping me find the right car for me! Now onto the Service Department...Disappointed to say the least. I brought my newly bought used Equinox into the service department a little over a week after having it due to a noise it was making when the heat was on(being around cars my whole life I could tell the noise wasn’t typical). I was greeted with kindness and was told it wouldn’t be long, awesome customer service at the beginning. I sat there for over an hour before I had to go ask if anyone had looked at my car. I waited another 20 minutes before someone came out to tell me they needed to order a part and I would need to come back. Great, no problem. Brought it back, blower motor was put in and I was on my way. Awesome it’s fixed...not. A week later it started making the same noise and I brought it back and they couldn’t hear it or recreate it...so I finally brought it back in one day and had them listen to it. They heard it, looked at my car and I was called a few hours later and told “it’s a characteristic of the vehicle and they have other cars same make and model that make the same noise.” Unacceptable. I got a second opinion with a call to a Chevy dealership and they let me know that is not a characteristic of the car...so I made an appointment with them. The only saving grace Byers gets is from the Used Car Sales Manager Dominic who I had the opportunity to speak to as the service manager was “unavailable” to speak to(I’m sure because at this point I was ready to hand them back my keys). I let Dominic know the issue and that I was taking my car to Chevy the next day(Saturday) to get their opinion. He graciously offered to take my car to them personally and gave me a courtesy car to drive until it was taken care of. He drove it over and i followed to get my stuff out of my car. As soon as he pulled into Chevy and they heard “the noise” they instantly said it was a blower motor...which was supposedly replaced by Byers service already. Dominic took matters into his own hands and let me know it be taken care of and fixed. I had my car back Monday afternoon and he let me know he drove it multiple times and checked for the noise. Since then, no noise. I appreciate his tenacity to make it right and sadly disapprove of the way the service department handled the situation. I’ll be taking my car to Chevy from now on. More

The Byers Toyota store has the nicest service department anywhere. The technicians were so pleasant and efficient.
