Service Dept was great but check out was terrible. Check out lady was too busy talking to other workers and swiped my credit card as a debit card multiple times and thus it was denied. I got home and had a call from my credit card company suspecting fraudulent activity and they put a hold on my credit card. Customer service at checkout was absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service, terrible job skills and she acted like it was my fault the card was denied when it was HER error. Had she been paying attention to the customer instead of the guys who work there she MIGHT have completed her job properly. Less than satisfied with that area of Byers. More

Not real happy Came in for recall work. That was fine. Also had oil change/tire rotation - ok. I was given an estimate to change the air filter of $30, which i decli Came in for recall work. Then was told two front lamps were out, but not given an estimate for that. Obviously, I assumed that lamp replacement would be a reasonable price, certainly less than $30 so I had them replaced. Very suprised to be charged $62 to replace two bulbs. Also one of the wheel covers had almost come completely off after my 2 mile drive home. Not real happy. More

Bad service I have 2018 sequoia and up for 10000 when I told him issue service the guy told me that there’s nothing he can do and he can’t change the design. all I have 2018 sequoia and up for 10000 when I told him issue service the guy told me that there’s nothing he can do and he can’t change the design. all I want him to do is look in to it. 15000 service I ask for car wash, when is done, the car still dirty and then the lady said is the way brush hit the car and is depend how the car shape that there’s nothing she can do. This is $60,000 all I got is $2.00 car wash. This is by far the worst service I’ve had in Toyota dealer. this is my third new Toyota car I’ve purchased If I can’t get good work done on car wash I don’t know if I would let you guys work on stuff that I can’t see I’m very disappointed. After this experience I might have to consider us getting Acura. More

Requested tech to look at A/C, was told that it would cost me $1000 out of pocket because body shop “missed” it during assessment after accident. The tech, upon learning that Byers Body Shop did the repair, “found” a wire harness that was unplugged. Doesn’t give me much confidence for a fair assessment from either your body shop or your technicians. More
