I have worked with Gynnae, Tara and various other Service Advisors ever since my first vehicle purchase back in 2015. That same vehicle has been only been serviced at Byers. I have mostly dealt with Gynnae, but what keeps me coming back is trust, trust in a dealership and advisor that is going to recommend only what is NEEDED to keep my vehicle running. I find Gynnae to be very informative and knowledgeable and truly sincere-an asset to Toyota. Car typically gets taken in right away-sometimes i find the wait time a little extensive-I had 2 visits this m and truly sincere-an asset to Toyota. Really wish we could change that tv channel-that loop gets a little old sitting there for 2 hours:) More

They repaired a tire for me which needed repaired again less than two weeks later. I had to take the truck back after an alignment because it rode worse than when I took it in.
