Just your typical oil change & tire rotation Every time I drive into Byers Toyota, I am instantly greeted by a service person! Then an office staff person appears, and myself and my car get immed Every time I drive into Byers Toyota, I am instantly greeted by a service person! Then an office staff person appears, and myself and my car get immediate attention. Tara asked about concerns and took control. She gave extra time to assist in my Bluetooth questions. Free muffins, coffee and comfort waiting, topped off my stay!! Thank you Byers staff. Job well done!! More

Trust But Verify Numerous times this service center has misrepresented service repairs and parts as replaced. They told me parts are on sale “deeply discounted” wh Numerous times this service center has misrepresented service repairs and parts as replaced. They told me parts are on sale “deeply discounted” when in reality the cost was MSRP. Three times they have charged for (tried to) automatic transmission service on a car with no automatic transmission. One time have charged for parts not installed. They are also inflating hours and charging Toyota for warranty work not performed. Each time the service work was performed with a smile. My concerns were address with genuine remorse after I caught them “dealing” me. More
