He was very courteous, explained that i could wait in the waiting room and he would come tell me when the work was completed, which he did. He then told me what was done, that everything was fine, gave me the sheet of work done to put in my car, and then showed me where my car was parked outside. Average service center. Nothing special. Took the truck in for an issue. Was told they couldn’t replicate the issue so they didn’t do anything. Have multiple videos showing t Nothing special. Was told I could schedule another time to drive one of their techs around so they could witness it. Also had some insurance work done. Told them up from insurance was paying for the damage. Get called back and told the work is done but I can’t have my truck until the insurance company pays for the work. Minor panic. That would have been nice to know... More
