Byers Toyota - Service Center

Service on 2008 Tacoma I purchased my truck about a year and a half ago from a used car dealer. When I brought it to Byers for service, Gynnae determined that it was eligib I purchased my truck about a year and a half ago from a used car dealer. When I brought it to Byers for service, Gynnae determined that it was eligible for the underspray treatment for the frame corrosion recall and put me on the list. When my turn came, Becky contacted me and scheduled service. When I arrived, the rental (a very nice Camry) was ready for me, and the work was completed sooner than I expected. I have always had very positive experiences with your Service Department, and Gynnae and Becky are awesome. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. More

Ran car into a corn field I ran my car into a corn field as it was blowing hard and raining hard. The car was a mud ball. I wanted them to just make sure that the car was okay I ran my car into a corn field as it was blowing hard and raining hard. The car was a mud ball. I wanted them to just make sure that the car was okay after being pulled out by a tow truck. The service rep Daniel was friendly and he saved me money. He sort of jumped the gun on tires though as l will only need two, not four.as he recommended immediately.. His quote tho was very good. I know it's not required but if they could have washed the car like they used to them I would give you five stars. More

Paid for solved problem that wasn’t . Thought they solved the problem but next time I started my car check engine light was on . Along with the other warning lights.
