I’ve had problems at the Toyota Direct by Easton and they replaced a wrong part/misdiagnosed and my door Everyone was very helpful especially Tara!!! I’ve had problems at the Toyota Direct by Easton and they replaced a wrong part/misdiagnosed and my door worked worse after getting it back and then Byers Toyota was very helpful looking in to see if my warranty still covered the correct diagnosis but because Direct misdiagnosed it caused my motor to wear down from the bad latches that was the original problem and I tried to get a manager at Direct to help make things right but no one helped so went to Byers and they were very helpful More
