Was cheap and they wanted me to take another vehicle that was no comparison to the Dodge I was buying. So after alot of back and forth they gave my old truck back.and had to buy it back from lattorre ...this place is on TV and they gave us a run around about the $1500 we put down they kept hanging up on my Fiancee. Very rude and not friendly they sell unsafe vehicles . and said they only do a safety check.please be aware of C Harper. They treated us like total idiots.... More

I was told if I found a potential buyer they would help me so I could sell this SUV by using their Financial team. I got a text stating I can no longer use them. If ppl weren't so scared of fighting them they wouldn't be in business. They even were fraudulent between the trade ins on paperwork. To the point they loan company told me to get a lawyer. I did and by the time I went to give them a chance to explain they supposedly worked it out. Shady car lot and ppl that work for them. More

Horrible dealer I bought a car paid 25,000.00 and within the 1st week had to have it serviced TWICE! Check engine light came on after 2 days they squeeze me in for an appointment 2 days later. Pick up the car, they say they had to replace thermostat. 2 days go by check engine light comes on again! Same code supposedly. I question if you " fixed it" why did same code come back on? They beat around bush and say they're waiting on part. A day goes by and I keep calling asking about car. Only to be told they got part but it's the wrong part! Now here it goes I still don't have my car. I asked if they just erased light from dash 1st time. I was told they'll call me back. Still waiting on phone call. So now I'm calling attorney general, there's a lemon law in PA. And they were quick to take my money but not fix my car. Unbelievabley upset and salesman acted like he didn't care. I will never purchase a car there! Please do your research so you don't get screwed like I did! More

I read a text message from Morgan Hesse, and the manager said "she made an error", then I read another text message from her from a separate day and the manager said "that's an error". This place is a joke and plays games. I felt like I was lured in and everything changed one I was there More

Honda: Outstanding Service Department I was very happy with my entire experience at C Harper Honda. I found it very nice that there were complimentary doughnuts and coffee, and leather cha I was very happy with my entire experience at C Harper Honda.
