On Monday took my Dodge Ram in for a recall om a pinion. Service noticed warranty issue and asked if it was okay to fix. Yes, it would be great and thank you for finding this. After day two of my vehicle being in their posession for service, driving my vehicle home I noticed a hot smell to it. The following day I called and was told it must be the new part not to worry. That afternoon there was smoke come from the front of my truck and oil dripping from the bottom of the engine. CR had my truck towed to their shop again to find the cause of this issue. After being told that they had accidentally cracked the head when tapping out a bolt, they would have to order the new heads in before they could fix it. On Friday when I stopped to check on the status of my service as I had not received an update call, was told that the part would not be released from Chrysler for another 13 days. They were trying to get a rush on it. Now I was going to be in my third rental car. Asked for a meeting with the manager and her boss and was told that she would do just fine, she could explain all of the events that had taken place. Don't want an explanation, want a resolution!

We bought a used van at the Clinton location that came with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on drivetrain. We took the van in just under the warranty for some noise when going in reverse and they would not look at it unless we agreed to pay a $100 deductible. We had a copy of the warranty we signed that stated that they would covered 100% parts, 100% labor (of covered systems) and they still refused, saying there was a deductible even though our paperwork said different. also when we were buying we went in to the adrian location to look at a few vehicles and decided to come back later when we could spend more time looking (we had 4 kids with us). A few days later we got a mailer about a sales event, so we came back during the sales event and the same vehicles we looked at previously had been marked up rediculously higher so that the "coupon" on the mailer for 1,500 off still made the price much higher than if we had bought the same van prior to the "sale." (thats why we went to the clinton location that wasnt part of the sale) They are swindlers! Stick with a reputable dealer, do NOT go there!

From our purchase experience two years ago thru all service work, incl. some minor warranty, up to present, we couldn't be happier with a dealership. We have had no one else perform any of our service. Chuck and the service team have been totally accomodating as well as always welcoming. (of course, the occasional 'cookie' platter doesn't hurt!)

"I bought a "trail rated" jeep just five weeks ago it is..."

I bought a "trail rated" jeep just five weeks ago it is an 07 with 18k on the dash. Trading in an 08 Honda Accord with only 5100 miles on it. After the fourth of july weekend I lost revearse and four low in the jeep so I returned to the dealership to use the five year warranty I purchased. I was told because there was sand on the under carriage that appered to be from severe use my warranty would not only be voided but also I was red flaged from having any dealership fix anything under warranty. During the process of "inspecting the problem" they found it nessecary to search the glove box and center console without prior premission. After having an independent mechanic investigate the issue they determined that sand had no cause in the trasmission failing. I now stand ready to persue a legal case against the dealership and force them to uphold the warranty I'm still paying for. This process been a total pain. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Avoid at all costs. People like this give buying an American car a bad reputation!
