I was able to verify both rear wheels had play, saw the old links off and the new links on. Verified no play on both rear wheels after links were replaced. I found it to be clean, the people were polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was as I sat in the waiting area, there was a small room off the side of were a salesperson or maybe a fin and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was as I sat in the waiting area, there was a small room off the side of were a salesperson or maybe a finance person took a couple into and explain what sounded like going over the contract of a new vehicle they had just purchased. I could hear how much they put down on the car, what the terms of the contract was they were signing and if they should take gap insurance. I felt this was not real private for the new buyers. I don't think everyone in the waiting area needs to know about the other customers business. This should have been a little more discreet and private for your new buyers! More
