Lack of communication on the service advisor’s part; Waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and never received the free car wash that was offered. I had to look for the advisor for an update and he seemed very aggravated. One time before I had the same advisor and he forgot all about me. Waited 2 hours for an oil change with no communication. For some reason my car was skipped on accident. This is the second time I have had a bad experience. But I have had several great past experiences. More
