Poor communication, poor diagnosis, massively, lengthy Service work, not much regard for our time our constant time going back, they don't test the cars out prior to giving them back to the customer so th Service work, not much regard for our time our constant time going back, they don't test the cars out prior to giving them back to the customer so these things can be avoided, it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, I believe the initial diagnosis was very inaccurate and a complete motor should've been put in, during one pick up there were loose bolts, and we almost lost the entire steering ( extremely dangerous ) and we had to have it towed back to the dealer using AAA account, I've left messages with the general manager and received no phone calls back, I am constantly told that people are going to be calling me back and they never do. I asked for all the invoices on Saturday. I spoke with Shannon and she did not email even though she promised she was going to email me and call me back that never happened either. It has been one thing after the other we have given them so many chances to redeem themselves yet continue to get very poor service. Oh, and when we picked it up when it was there for like 40 days, it was filthy inside and they used all our gas. They didn't clean it. They didn't fill up the tank. I filled up the tank they said they were gonna reimburse me the $50 that I paid, but that never happened either. More
