I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. First when I pulled in at 10:20, I had to wait for someone to wait on me for 20 minutes. I appreciate Ryan's determination to get us back on the road after our transmission failed. The wife and I traveled from NH for a 3 week stay in Sumter county and needed a quick repair.
