Great staff, very personable team, almost makes you just accept that their tax, title and registration fees and more than double the state average. Was going to buy a car listed at 48k, come out to 59 grand accept that their tax, title and registration fees and more than double the state average. What a disorganized unprofessional incompetent service center. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I was also told to move my vehicle out of the express oil change line to be told by anoth center. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I was also told to move my vehicle out of the express oil change line to be told by another person to move it back. I spoke to five different people to at least have my vehicle checked in for a lousy oil change. Never going back to this dealership. I finally had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Swoll. Everyone else I dealt with should be replaced. More
