The only issue I had was the fact that we had to wait to 30hrs for diagnoses and along wait for parts. They said I needed new tires and my brakes needed to be replaced now becouse it was a safety issue. They didn't do what I wanted them to do a front end alignment, align my steering wheel, rotate the tires replaced now becouse it was a safety issue. They did rotated my tire and when my wife picked up my truck she drove down the road and the low tire pressure light came on for the 2 rear tires so they let my wife leave with under inflated rear tires, 20 psi low and they want to talk about safety. I called the service tech. and said I would bring it back Saturday morning and he would be there to make sure I got in and out quick as possible, He was not there. I walk around the lot for 50 minutes when I seen my truck parked in the back lot so I went to talk to the service tech about what was going on, he said my truck was being worked on I told him it was parked in the back lot and that's when he told me he didn't see that the front end alignment was done so he called someone to get it and put it on the front end alignment rack. I walked around for another 30 minutes, I walked back by the shop and they have my truck sit in the corner behind the shop. I ask the service tech what was going on with my truck, he said it's on the rack. I told him it wasn't and to bring me my truck so I was there for 2 hours and all they did was put air in my tire. Before I left he said they didn't want to align the front end because they were afraid it would pull to the left and I wouldn't be happy with that. I went to a tire store, they looked at my tires and brakes and said I could get a another 10000 miles out of my tires and brakes were at 50% More
They were nice till they got our down payment. Then had to argue and fight to get our jeep fixed. Even though it was something that should have been fixed before it was sold. Who ever details there cars before they sale them should be in trouble. We got it back from a so called detail and still had bandaids on the headrest from last owners. We waited this long to review to see if they would make it right. I even tried calling the gm and emailing him nothing but crickets. They finally fixed after almost a month. But when we went to get it fixed they were to busy to do an oil change to. Also thought we had a 3 month or 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. But yet our auxiliary battery is not covered. Service writes was not the friendliest person with my wife. So all in all we will not go back to the dealer at all even for our 2 free oil changes. More
