I've never had any problems with this company / business. They have worked with me in the most challenging times I have had in my life I'm greatful my customer satisfaction is intact. Being patient is the key and understanding how things work in warranty is even better. Theu explain everything and me that is a big comfort!! More

Nice vehicle but service after purchase was poor. Service personnel greated us with a pleasant and personable attitude. All of the staff was wonderful. Nick, Rod, Kobe and othe personnel in the service department. Coouldn't ask for a better dealer experience. We drove from Ocala to Fruitland just for their service. There is a dealer in Ocala however we will not use them. CDJR has spoiled us. More

Unorganized. i was the only one getting my oil changed, literally I was told there was no one else there and the bays were open, and it took over an hour. No one came to get me or let me know it was done. No one apologized, just excuses. The text communication didn’t work either. The experience started of wonderful and fell flat on its face. More

It was awesome service. The only issue was that making an appointment does not matter for first thing in the morning as it is a first come first served garage.
