What a disorganized unprofessional incompetent service center. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I was also told to move my vehicle out of the express oil change line to be told by anoth center. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I spoke to five different people to at least have my vehicle checked in for a lousy oil change. Never going back to this dealership. I finally had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Swoll.
