I was seen immediately after arriving at the dealership and my reason for coming in was quickly recorded. I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicle and was contacted as soon as the work was comple and my reason for coming in was quickly recorded. Otto and myself fixed Mikes mistakes in less than a month. Mike was suppose to order my part in January, he never did. When I called him and ask what the status was in March, he said he d check. I never heard from him, when I called he told me since he didn't call me back that meant it wasn't in. sorry I'm not a mind reader. Checked back in May still not in, so when I came in for an oil change in July I went straight to parts and asked if they could find one, they told me there was 5 in Detroit.
