Initial setup for recall great then my service rep had to leave for medical appointment. I was supposed to get a ride home but Sat for long time. Finally asked someone they said I was not on the board. They leave for medical appointment. I was supposed to get a ride home but Sat for long time. Finally asked someone they said I was not on the board. They checked and I was. I was told 3hours and after 4 hours I called. They said who is your service rep. I told them she wasn't there. They said I am with a customer I will check on it and get right back to you. After a hour I called and went through whole thing . They said please hold and I got hung up on. I called back and was told the satellite was down and they would let me know. I then received a text to review the car with the initial rep number which I didn't know. I called the number given on text review of my car and it was the rep who was getting medical care. I then called dealership and finally got an answer that it is done...I went to pick up and got keys so my wife and went out to get it and no car I asked someone and they promptly brought it up. More

Repairs took almost 2 weeks because the replacement parts had to be ordered. All communication was prompted by me regarding when we would get our truck back. When it was finally ready we went to pick it up a had to be ordered. All communication was prompted by me regarding when we would get our truck back. When it was finally ready we went to pick it up and discovered that the serpentine belt that we requested be replaced had not been done! I contacted the service representative to let him know the belt repair had not been made and it took him two days to call me back. The repairs made were satisfactory but communication was poor. More
