Severe lack of communication skills. I left several messages for my service advisor and management, and rarely ever got a reply. They had my car for more then 40 days waiting for parts w I left several messages for my service advisor and management, and rarely ever got a reply. They had my car for more then 40 days waiting for parts which I understand can be out of their hands but I left more then 2 dozen messages in that time frame and only received maybe 2-3 call backs. Frustrating. They did fix my car in the end but I will probably use a different dealership next time. More

This dealership was the best when it was Bill Bryan. Since it got bought out its become horrible. Service isn't the same, attitudes aren't the same and sales has totally become a nightmare. The manager called my dad "dad" and my dad wasnt too fond of that after only meeting the guy a few minutes prior. We will be looking elsewhere for a dealership from now on. More
