Mr. Valdes listened carefully to my description of the noise apparently coming from the left front wheel/brake area. Upon inspection the noise was traced to a defective shock in the right rear. Mr. Valdes kept me appraised of the diagnostics's progress and the determination. Parts needed to be ordered and a return was scheduled to accommodate pre-existing travel plans. More
