CDJR of Leesburg has the best dealer service department I have ever worked with...and I'm 83 so that's a lot of years. And the customer waiting room has a variety of comfortable booths and tables. The T-Mobile 5G signal there is so good that I don't have to use their WiFi but it is available. And there's always cold water, hot coffee, popcorn all the time plus hotdogs at lunch. More

Oil change, told you have a shuttle, waited for almost 2 hrs...no shuttle. Got car back, fluids were not filled, sticker for next service no where to be found. Poor service from your tech.
