No they lost a future lease and on-going services from me forever. Horrible business decision. ( I will say Carlos, the service advisor is a pleasure to work with! Manager who made the decision not to help me out, not only loss my business but word of mouth is even more powerful. Acquisition cost to get and retain a new customer is a lot greater than price managing or providing me with a discount. I worked in a car dealership and sold cars. I managed sales agents and territories for a large insurance company for 25 years. My point-don’t loose a customer over $50.00. It will cost you a lot more in future business
