Turns out it must have fell out not damaging the tire. before i left they were both concerned about my Battery and wanted to test it because they were sure i needed to replace it. They were spot on ,I appreciate them looking after me like family these are the reasons i continue to bring my van to this dealership. More
My car is under warranty. They were suppose to pick me up today to get a rental. I sat outside in 98 degree temps for Over 2 hours! They Never Showed up! The Bill Bryant dealership in Fruitland Park is a disgrace. Not only did they take weeks to repair the issues that was going on with my vehicle, My Jeep was returned with unknown dings and scratches disgrace. Not only did they take weeks to repair the issues that was going on with my vehicle, My Jeep was returned with unknown dings and scratches that were never there prior. It looked like someone took my vehicle for a joyride after hours, and hastily made feeble attempts to cover the damages with a black Magic marker. I quickly brought this to their (Charles) attention ; he sighed and apologized so disingenuously I wanted to laugh. He then said, “we just can’t seem to get this right”. Mind you, this incident occurred weeks ago!. Charles failed miserably and following up with me and providing me a date that this repair will take place. I had to keep following up with Charles every couple of days to remind him about scheduling an appointment to have someone pick up the vehicle and do the repairs. This still hasn’t happened! I feel that Charles’ dismissive behavior towards me is racially motivated. I am left with no other recourse other than to think that Charles is a racist individual who doesn’t think a black female warrants his attention. Charles is in desperate need of diversity training. Take some classes Charles. It would do you some good. Hopefully you’ll learn how (not ) to treat non-caucasian customers. More

I had been shopping for a used vehicle in my area for about 2-3 weeks & visited a couple of dealerships with no real professionalism or any luck. I saw a vehicle online I was interested in & contacted th about 2-3 weeks & visited a couple of dealerships with no real professionalism or any luck. I saw a vehicle online I was interested in & contacted them (Bill Bryan Chrysler-….), Jordan from the internet dept took my information and had a sales representative contact me back very quick. His name, George Lopiccolo, greeted me with professional & sincerity. The short version is….George was completely thorough & HONEST throughout the entire sales process! He worked with me on all my request and went up & beyond my expectations!! Probably not pertinent information….but I had been in the auto sales business for over 20 years & I have dealt with all kinds (if you know what I mean). The bottom line is, George was very sincere & honest thru the entire buying process and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy a vehicle. Sincerely, Matt Nolan More
Purchased my used 2500 Dec. 20, 2021 with the assumption i was purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle. March 3, 2022 my engine thermostat went out. I returned to the dealer on 20, 2021 with the assumption i was purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle. March 3, 2022 my engine thermostat went out. I returned to the dealer only to be told my repair would not be covered. After speaking with the sales manager on duty he told me he would help with the repair cost. His help with the repair cost was higher than the actual cost it cost me to have it repaired at another Ram dealership. I will never do business with Bill Bryan ever again. Buyer be ware when you deal with these people. More
The entire service experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. Jade was wonderful, making sure I was completely satisfied with my Jeep's needs and for providing superb customer service throughout th to check-out. I didn't wait at the dealership so she gave me with her contact number and stayed in touch a couple of times as service was being performed. I texted her with a question soon after I left and received a response within minutes. I appreciated the quick response. Although I didn't meet Josh, my service tech, Jade told me that he made sure my car was up to par and sent it through the wash to eliminate any fingerprints or dirt after working on it. I wasn't expecting that, but I was quite pleased to see my shiny Wrangler. Overall, this was a great service experience! More

Bill Bryan dealership service department is SUPERB! I will forever be thankful for what they did for me! When my jeep was having intermittent engine light issues, I decided to take it to the closest deal will forever be thankful for what they did for me! When my jeep was having intermittent engine light issues, I decided to take it to the closest dealership by my house which was Advantage in Mount Dora, what a mistake that turned out to be!! They not only misdiagnosed my issue after paying them 160 for a diagnostic test, but Advantage in Mount Dora also told me that I ran out of diagnostic money, and I would have to pay them more money to find out what really was wrong with my jeep. Advantage told me that they suspect a valve issue and to fix it they would have to replace the whole cylinder head which would cost me 3500 dollars!. They quickly suggested to me that it would be in my better interest to maybe trade it in since the repair would cost me so much! I was so upset! I still owed 2 years of payments of my jeep and knew that I couldn’t qualify for another loan due to my current situation. I was distraught and was contemplating turning my car back in because I couldn’t afford the repairs they said I would need. When I went to pick up my car from their dealership it was worse off than when I brought it in and it wouldn’t even start. I also found a broken piece of the engine that they broke and failed to disclose. The service manager and the general manager at Advantage were very calloused and could care less about any of my concerns. I was told that is just the way it is and my engine was toast. I ended up calling Bill Bryan and talking to Dave the service manager and he listened to my concerns and was very kind to me. He told me to have it towed into the Bill Bryan service department and he would give it a look. Well, let me tell you, what a joy it was when I was told by Bill Bryans service department that it would cost me $1270, which is way less than what Advantage said of $3500! Furthermore, Bill Bryan found a valve spring that was broken which Advantage told me that all the valve springs were OK on their diagnostic report! Let’s just say from now on I will drive the extra miles to go to a dealership where the service manager actually cares and the mechanics are knowledgeable and A++++++ in caring for their customer's needs. A big thank you to Dave the service manager and the mechanics at Bill Bryan. I will drive the extra miles to go to quality and a highly credible dealership that actually cares for their customers such as Bill Bryan! Thank you so much!! More
