There were some mistakes made by outside agencies that caused a delay in us receiving our car that upset us not because of the delays but by the attitude of the service department when we picked up the car. After complaining to our salesman and the sales manager, apologies were made and accepted. I believe in second chances and feel that any dealings we have with Bill Bryan Dodge in the future will go more smoothly. More

Forged document, High Pressure, High pressure salesforce. Failed to discuss or disclose total price. Would only discuss monthly payment. The forged document was the final straw. I was told by the the sales managed he couldn't find out who forged it. The sale should have been cancelled. The only reason a felony charge wasn't levied was because I did not contact the District Attorney or channel 6 news. Buyer beware if you choose to buy there. More

Very untruthful I went to buy a used vehicle.. 1st their price was thousands more than we paid, but after 2.5 hours of haggling, they amazingly got the price down sev I went to buy a used vehicle.. 1st their price was thousands more than we paid, but after 2.5 hours of haggling, they amazingly got the price down several thousands of dollars. If I wouldn't have stood firm, they would have suckered us in for thousands more than the deal we left with. Pushy salespeople & they'll rip you off if you let them or say yes to their first several offers. Will never but there again- way too much hassle. Went to Leesburg VW almost next door & was treated much better on our last car deal. More

Worst dealer we have ever dealt with! No one at this deakership tells the truth! We bought a used car, which weate happy with, but the dealership is terribke! Once they make the sale, you don't matter to them at all. We made numerous trips back to them for errors and omissions on their part! Three times to get a key made (they only gave us one), 3 times fir an owner's manual, 3 times for title omissions, the list goes on! No one at this dealership knows what is going on--nor do they seem to care, as long as a sale is made! Rob Storz is the rudest, most incompetent sales person we have ever dealt with! I took the Bill Bryant sticker off the back of the car, as well as the license plate bracket with their name on it--no way will we advertise for this company! DON'T buy from this dealer--life is too short to deal with the probkems you'll encounter. There are many reputable dealers out there--don't waste your time with this one , you will be sorry! More
